The Truth Behind My 10-Month Silence

I didn’t disappear. I was being reforged.

Hey there, it’s Carlos.
If you’re reading this, thank you. It means you’re still here—and so am I. Not just back, but rebuilt from the inside out.

A little over a year ago, I made the boldest move of my life: I relocated to the U.S. to chase a dream—to become a world-class high-performance coach and an intentional father. New country. New city. New job. And then, Kaia arrived—a blessing who cracked my heart open in the best way.

In those first few months, I was aligned. On fire. Driven by vision. Then came the twist: I was offered a leadership role that felt made for me—an opportunity to guide others toward becoming their best. I said yes. And that’s when things shifted.

I stopped working on the business and started drowning in it.

I was helping others navigate their chaos while slowly becoming the man who couldn’t take his own advice. I was firefighting. Exhausted. Wearing too many masks. Performing instead of leading. Talking instead of walking. Living in dissonance.

Have you ever felt that? Like you're the glue holding it all together, while quietly unraveling at the seams?

I know what it’s like to lead from ambition, yet feel fractured at the core.
To be the one others lean on—while silently asking, "Am I still the right person for this?"

That season broke me. But it also reforged me.

I rebuilt from within. I studied my patterns. I stopped chasing and started aligning. I created systems that match my energy—not just my ambition.

This isn’t a comeback. This is a re-entry.
And I’m not coming back alone—I’m bringing something with me.

It’s called The Reforged Leader™.

It’s not mindset coaching. It’s leadership re-integration.
It’s for the high-achieving, emotionally intelligent founder who’s stuck, scattered, or silently out of sync with their own vision.

But I’m not here to explain everything—not yet.

Next week, I’ll tell you what being a Reforged Leader really means—and how it could change your game before your energy or systems collapse.

I’m back because I never really left.
I’m back because this is where I’m supposed to be.
And I hope you’re ready to take this ride with me again.

Until then, reflect on this:

Where in your leadership are you performing—and where are you truly aligned?

Talk soon,
Carlos
